1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging NoCorps.in (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) for any software development, design, or consulting services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Project Scope & Revisions

The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate Project Brief or Quote.

• → Work outside the original scope requires a fresh quote and timeline.
• → Each project includes 2 rounds of minor revisions unless stated otherwise.
• → Major feature pivots after development start may incur additional costs.

3. Payments & Fees

• → **Standard Terms:** 50% Upfront (Non-refundable) / 50% on Delivery.
• → **Milestone Projects:** Staged payments as defined in the project brief.
• → Final deliverables will be released only after the final payment is cleared.
• → Third-party costs (hosting, domain, API fees) are the responsibility of the Client.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full and final payment, NoCorps.in transfers all rights, title, and interest in the custom code and assets developed specifically for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

5. Support & Warranty

We provide 30 days of free bug-fix support following delivery. This covers fixing errors in our original code but does not include new features or fixes caused by third-party updates or Client-side modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

NoCorps.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profit) resulting from the use of our delivered software or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
